Conflict Resolution

People don’t always see eye-to-eye.  People disagree.  People argue. And conflict is an inherent part of what we are. However, it is how we deal and manage the conflict that is important.  Some people are too pushy and say too much. Others are too passive and don’t say anything at all.

Fear not. This interactive course is designed to help you deal with those difficult, highly emotional conflict situations in a more effective manner.

This course is for you if you have ever uttered the immortal words, “After an argument, I always think of the awesome things I could have said.”

To create a record that you have completed and understood the various online resources, you are advised to complete a Reflective Practice Form for each online course you undertake.

This form will help to reinforce the main learning points whilst also identifying any further learning requirements you may have.  It is recommended that you discuss the completed form with your Line Manager and have them counter-sign it.  This form should then be retained by yourself and can be used as evidence for a course completion record, professional registration and SVQ evidence.
