Unfortunately, anger and aggression are becoming more and more part of daily life. People’s expectations are increasing to unrealistic levels, while their patience and tolerance seem to be in short supply. This puts additional strain on us as workers. However, there are strategies we can use to prevent the anger becoming a problem to manage.
